Leadership is a skill very difficult to master and rare to find in a team. Usually, the teams of departments in Hospitality, are based on teamwork with the more experienced ones to carry the burden that the head of the department. A leader is also a manager, but a manager is not necessarily a leader. A leader has the knowledge of theory but has the ability to show the team the way. He is in charge to provide results and have his team performing and feeling at its best. An organization is better looking when the people who are working in it, feel appreciated, acknowledged, challenged and above all happy.
