Whether as an Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Enthusiast, leveraging the principles of agility in how we view our career would make you stand out for a promotion. The principles around continuous improvement, feedback, iterative and incremental value delivery, responding to change, collaboration, working value over job description, interacting with your peers, stakeholders, leadership over being hard to reach. The principles of Agility can definitely single you out for promotion and this is why I advocate that your career is dynamic!

Agile processes and methodologies are very effective which can be implemented in day to day life as well. It is not just having daily stand ups rather you can apply and execute them in your regular activities: prioritizing them, achieve them in regular interval to meet life's goal/aspirations.
