One thing that is very vital is attention to details. As a facility manager, you are constantly being faced with a barrage of issues but for the end user/customer/client it is an average day unless something has gone wrong. Being attentive to details, whether it's plans or outcomes, help you make timely corrective decisions that would greatly improve your work.
