Release all pre existing knowledge. Use the gaps identified within the user experience steps to ask questions while respecting the contributors regardless of whether they are in the field or not. As they get comfortable discussing, new ideas will emerge which can then be merged with technology, insights abd continuous discussions to innovate and grow the idea from a seed to a budding tree which generates revenue .

Após entender com detalhes sobre o processo e seus objetivos . é válido fazer um benchmark em outras empresas do mesmo segmento ou até segmento distinto, mas que tenha processos similares afim de identificar, a partir das práticas analisadas ,oportunidades de inova??o nos processos
