En ce moment je suis passionnée par la lecture et mobilisée par la nécessité d’en redonner le go?t aux élèves, trop absorbés par les écrans. Donner envie de lire, c’est aider à mieux lire, à lire plus et à interpréter davantage, à approfondir le sens de ce qu’on lit. C’est aussi proposer un choix diversifié et adapté aux élèves, aiguiser leur curiosité et se tenir sans cesse au courant de ce qui parait, avec la volonté de proposer le meilleur à la jeunesse. C’est aussi s’adapter à l’évolution des comportements face à la lecture et s’y adapter pour toucher le public que l’on cherche à attendre. C’est argumenter pour dynamiser l’elan vers la lecture.

Every one has their own perspective and understanding level over a topic. But my previous observations and experiences I came to know that skills, understanding, and insights or nothing. Everyone wants new challenges, new mindset and new era for their own. As I guess sudden jumps and changes in life decide on their line or direction. It is literally true to set a goal to try to achieve and much more. But naturally it happens occasionally.

Gaining practical experience is not only a way to apply the theoretical knowledge learned from books and courses, but also a way to discover new insights and challenges that can enhance one's understanding and skills. Practical experience can expose one to real-world situations, feedback, and problem-solving that can foster creativity, adaptability, and confidence. By engaging in practical activities, one can also develop a deeper sense of the purpose and value of their work, as well as the impact they can have on others.

Reflecting on your work is essential, particularly in education. It allows you to recognize what you're good at and what you need to work on, learn from your experiences, and enhance how you perform. Methods for reflection vary—you could keep a journal, seek feedback, observe yourself or peers, or use evaluation tools like rubrics. The key is to be honest, open to new ideas, and ready to make changes. From your reflections, set developmental goals and track your improvement. Use feedback and self-assessment to gauge progress and tweak your methods as needed. Remember, reflection is an ongoing journey that fosters professional and personal growth.

Well, there’s no better way to learn than to watch other people excelling at what you’re trying to learn. The best PD can very possibly be the teacher down the hall.

Think outside of the box and innovate in your practice. That’s the only way to see what moves the needle in terms of how it impacts children’s learning and wellbeing. Research this practice as well and present about it. Then, be vocal about this innovation and its results in the public domain.
