In your internship, if you can give a solution to a problem, your manager will notice it for sure, which will later reflect on their recommendations. But keep some points in mind. Always remember you are an intern, if someone more experienced is giving a suggestion, listen to it. Also never jump to solutions... First understand the problem. If it looks like you can solve for sure, then only propose the solution, otherwise that will impact negatively on you. Look for efficient solutions, not just working solutions. If you go for counsel to someone other than your manager, make sure your manager knows it. Make sure you understand the dynamics clearly, and give the solution!

Never ever refrain from helping anyone who is in need. Be it working at a company or running a business, you need to be a person who resolved conflicts and eases pathways to reach the end goal, as this is a major separator getting you more votes as well as enabling you to broaden your own thoughts too. Don't consider every collaboration as a give and take mechanism, because the more you give the more you learn and grow.

This initiative cleared the path for my full-time position by solving the issue and earning me acclaim.
