Performance et soutien aux pairs sont assez antinomiques. être soutien aux pairs c'est référer à l'humain et donc à la patience, le go?t des autres, le bruissement d'une altérité bien souvent malmenée par nos sociétés actuelles. La performance réfère à la compétition, un chiffre magnifié pour répondre aux exigences chiffrables d'une société de plus en plus pressée. Ce qui, à mon sens, est tout le contraire du soutien humain par l'humain. Il ne faut pas confondre vitesse et précipitation ; efficacité versus rentabilité (même si parfois les deux peuvent se conjuguer). Avec l'humain, nous sommes davantage dans le qualitatif et non dans le quantitatif. être le meilleur soutien peut parfois ne pas être quantifié mais simplement réalisé...
