Excelente ponto, quando se trata de estabelecer metas para uma equipe virtual, a clareza é fundamental. Entendo que come?ar articulando uma vis?o clara de sucesso para o projeto e dividindo os objetivos maiores em tarefas menores e gerenciáveis é essencial. Isso n?o só reduz a ambiguidade, mas também prepara o terreno para a responsabiliza??o individual dentro da equipe. Extremamente saber trabalhar bem com OKRs “Objectives and Key Results” para quem n?o conhece, de forma simplificada, posso se dizer que é uma fórmula para definir metas sendo como "Eu vou" (Objetivo) "medido por" (conjunto de resultados-chave).

Wichtig ist nicht nur, die Ziele SMART zu formulieren, sondern auch Messinstrumente hinzuzufügen, um zu definieren, welche Ergebnisse es ben?tigt, um das Ziel zu erreichen. Hat man dies getan, kann man einzelne Aufgaben ableiten, die auf die Ergebnisse einzahlen. Dies ist das Prinzip der OKR-Methode.

Rollenklarheit ist ein wichtiger Punkt, darf aber nicht dazu führen, dass Teammitglieder sich abgrenzen und sagen "das entspricht nicht meinem Aufgabenbereich". Die Rollen sollten immer so flexibel gestaltet sein, dass ich auch mal Aufgaben übernehme, die eventuell nicht zu 100% in mein Rollenprofil passen.

One way to achieve this could be setting up a governance structure - daily, weekly or even monthly depending on the set goals. The structure of the meeting must be established beforehand so that teams know what they're getting into and can come prepared.

Debe existir un espacio para los documentos de proyecto que detallen los objetivos, expectativas, plazos y roles que sean accesibles para todos los miembros del equipo. No deben ser complejos ni excesivos, pero hay que fomentar que ese es el lugar común de consulta e incluso el de debate cuando aparecen dudas o conflictos. Son documentos que están vivos y que se deben actualizar mediante un procedimiento pre-acordado o durante reuniones del equipo donde se establezcan nuevos acuerdos y se dejen registrados.
