The best way to approach this is to go with evidence. We need to clearly present the value we brought for the company. List your accomplishments from the past 6 months, the past year. With the help of presentations, charts and graphs and taking data from Google Analytics describe the improvement in website performance, traffic, MQL, inbound leads, successful campaigns, engagement rate, bounce rates, etc. A detailed presentation covering the core metrics and KPIs of digital marketing will enable you to build a strong case for requesting a raise. Also, ensure to cover any client appreciation/ awards received during this period.
