Why AI (or GI--guessable intelligence) would tag me to write about getting a higher salary is crazy. Apparently neither can guess that I have consistently settled for lower compensation to do the work I prefer. In fact, I currently accept 35% of my potential compensation, and I have not gotten more throughout the last ten years I have worked for this agency. Why take less? That margin of difference is not just a sacrifice, but also a freedom that is empowering and satisfying. After all, what possible amount of money or added value would justify giving up the responsibility and opportunity to intentionally choose what matters.

Plan B is a must have criteria. No one thought COVID will hit us so badly. I dont think ill need to explain further. Business Resilience is built on such plans which can help us leverage our combined strengths.
