Algo que me ha servido es evitar prejuzgar, obtener la mayor información ayudará en encontrar el o los motivos del conflicto. Es importante saber que algunas personas tienen temor en expresarse, es nuestro deber darles el ambiente y confianza de hablar. Es importante neutralizar cualquier reacción del equipo a continuar con el conflicto en el momento de la intervención como líder ya que esto agrava más la situación. Respirar y calmar.

As a certified Scrum Master, I know about faciliating dialogue. Listen to both sides, and determine what the issue is, and investigating the root cause of the conflict, and finding out what the actual issue is. Having an open door policy where the team members are comfortable with expressing their issues, and sometimes that may be a side meeting with the team members involved to see if there is an way to compromise so both sides and develop some type of plan moving forward. The goal is a win-win for all.

Evitemos que busquen culpables, eso obstruye y hace más difícil llegar al diálogo y solucionar un conflicto, pueden quedar rencillas de ello en el futuro en el que poco a poco nuestra organización va intoxicándose. Abracemos a nuestro equipo, dándole oportunidad a que se expresen y SIEMPRE de manera respetuosa, mostrando nuestro lado de conciliador y realizar las preguntas que desbloqueen el problema en lugar de aumentarlo. This does not mean you can ignore various points of view, but you lead a team, and you have a payer. Goals, team integrity, team performance and yes, team wellbeing are key. But the day you get married half of your guests are going to like the menu after the ceremony and the other half will criticize it secretly. That’s a given and you have to live with it in many occasions. Your aim should be the best solution that preserves the organizational capacity (present and mid-term). If you only get 70% of applause then tough luck.

No siempre todos quedarán conformes con la solución, es ahí donde debemos ofrecer nuestra comprensión y mostrarle a tu equipo que no todo tiene que ser perfecto, pero que a largo plazo esto ayudará en nuestros objetivos como grupo humano. Reforzar los valores es parte de la labor de un líder. También el aspecto de madurez para aceptar una conclusión que no nos gusta pero nos vamos a comprometer por el bien de la meta a lograr. "No estoy de acuerdo con la solución aceptada, pero seguiré aportando al equipo y no buscaré culpables si sale mal, manos a la obra!". Se debe transmitir también que habrán momentos que las soluciones les parecerán acertadas y en otras no, pero que debemos dar la oportunidad de llevarlas a cabo.
