Success is best achieved after you've made failures, with reflection, with review, with humility to understand the reasons for the failure. Share your failures with trusted colleagues, and mentors. Help understand whether is its a systematic problem in you approach or systemic problem in your fundamentals. Each of these can be improved with training so that failures will not be repeated but used as a foundation to success. A past leader of min would always say, "don't judge me by my failure but how well I did after that".

The first thing you need to know is that 'no one knows it all', so when faced with a setback, you can start reviewing your codes from where you think it went wrong and start fixing from there. Do that without panicking as well.

I'm sure most of you have heard this story from the gold rush period where one person tried really hard to mine gold and gave up just before he was there.
