Architecture should be closely tied with operations. Architects, and other senior engineers, must be intimately aware of production issues and should look for the architectural / design origins for production issues. There is an aphorism that quality begins with architecture. It is also true that lack of quality manifests in production concretely and unambiguously. So putting the two together, the systems view of the feedback loop is to connect operations back to architecture to close the loop. This is also the reason why “ivory-tower architecture” is an anti-pattern. Because feedback is absent.

There are a lot of different ways to go here, but I always defer to taking it back to ensuring the best possible business outcome. Architecture (and technology) need to be intended to enable the business, not to have the most complete architecture. Yes, design for scalability, reliability, security, and performance. However, don't go overboard. Use ROI analysis processes to determine the most appropriate fit for each stage and include a roadmap that adapts prior to the business encountering issues. Too often I see small systems designed to be multiregion, leverage master/master concepts when the cloud cost does not justify the ROI. A key to great architecture is tight alignment with the business and intended outcomes.
