Listening to the customer is of importance. Put yourself in their shoes & don’t be afraid to acquire as much necessary information as possible. Being 100% sure of what the issue is the best way to handle the issue as efficiently as possible eliminating any possibility of a ‘repeat repair’ and in the long run satisfying your customer the first time.
