When we decided to be freelancer we already understand all consequences. It is kind of work with no full time commitment, and also not only for one company. It depend on ourselves. We can be a free person in one side but lack of recognition or outside of Company's structure in other side. We considered 'none' eventhough our contribution as Freelancer in one organization is very significant. We are isolated in term of relation in the Company but in fact we are really a free person and can easily decide what we want. But if we are kind a person who can not live alone and need recognition, it is even better if we are attached in the structure.

What I wish someone had told me when I was in my 20s. Very basic, but very very important things to keep in mind for freelancers or anyone working long hours: 1. Move around every 20-30 minutes 2. Be ergonomic, always 3. Stay hydrated

I use various tools to make sure I stay connected with my team and with get a healthy dose of interaction each day. We’re constantly messaging on slack and collaborating with one another which helps. I stay connected with people on social media as well, and try to attend as many in person and virtual meetups as possible.
