1. Theoretical knowledge is required first ,at the same time practical exposure is equally important for confidence in any engg. not only control engg. 2. Try to get update what is latest development is going on in control system including hardware and software both. 3.Try to attend seminar on latest development by OEMS/OES. 4.Continous learning definitely helps in better decision making.

Invista tempo em conhecer toda a infra estrutura: sala de painéis, CCM, sistema de distribui??o de sinais (cabeado ou wireless), tubula??es, equipamentos rotativos, equipamentos estáticos, instrumenta??o e elementos de controle. Toda essa infra faz parte do processo e influencia o resultado do sistema de controle.
