I personally acquire breadth of shallow knowledge in many areas but go into the depth in a select few that are hot like GenAI nowadays.

YouTube is your best free resource if you can hold yourself getting distracted by many other entertainment videos. There are many good educators on YouTube who have made a good difference in my personal life including Gaurav Sen, JavaBrains and Intellipaat. But, I found that YouTube is good for a quick grab of a lot of diverse topics that are good for interview preparation or day-to-day learnings. For solid and in-depth learning, my go-to resource has been Udemy for the last 9+ years.
