One great way of naturally calming yourself is first taking a big EXHALE. When we are nervous, our breathing pattern tends to be super shallow, so no matter how hard you try to elongate your breathing it just doesn't work. So first EXHALE strong and loudly and then take a lovely slow INHALE to calm down!

There is no need memorizing the topic. Just perform as general conversation and it’s possible if someone has clear idea on topic.

(Basic ones that can easily be answered, most importantly questions that your audience would love to answer.) 3) You can add some sort of jokes and funny lines between.(People don't usually like all serious speakers. You can create a joke based on the content of speech. It's super engaging.) 4) Speak enthusiastically. People hate listening to dull speakers. 5) Give your audience a smile.

Focus on your delivery! Put your heart and energy, show that you care, really feel your emotions, these kind if true feelings really engage! Also pay attention to your tone of voice, use your voice in different directions, low and high volume, speed and fast, these variations also help to embark your audience on a journey!
