After training the team, ask them for input and ask questions and customize your data and workflow to suit the team. Even if you are a master at your ATS, your team will have amazing ideas on process and systemization. Although you are the trainer, you have to ask questions, listen, and adjust with feedback. When you implement the teams suggestions, they will in turn take more ownership and use the system more because you allowed them and listened to their ideas. Buy in from your team and your team working together on the ATS beats finding the golden process or system.

There’s no worth thing than losing time because you don’t remember how to use something. So consider taking few minutes regularly to keep your mind as fresh as new.
