The space behind your monitor is an excellent place for half eaten sandwiches, and if you pile enough trash under your desk, you'll have a footrest. 2. Always discard clothing on the floor. This provides both thermal and auditory insulation, and tie dies are out of fashion anyway. 3. Don't waste time going to the bathroom. Instead, just wet yourself. It's way faster. 4. Two monitors is must, you cannot keep switching the tabs, an alternative is a Laptop which you can use it as your primary screen and a monitor as a secondary screen. Investing in a good mouse is important, Mx master 3s is good. A proper webcam for meetings, if you shoot content invest in a proper camera (DSLR) with tripod attatched above your monitor and invest in a good microphone. A standing desk is always preferable. you can stand and work. A proper chair is must.

I personally do not like sunlight not matter how good my monitors display is I keep getting reflections, Its better to invest in RGB light strips, just my personal preference and Buy decroative items that glow. For desktop space, a light has to fixed right on top of the monitor. Avoid room tubelights and bulbs

Sunlight works best, if not a good lighted setup also works. More importantly the laptop screen’s effect on your eyes must be minimal and to help with that, some good glasses or other methods would be great.

Get up from your desk for a couple of minutes every hour. Prolonged seating is not good. Take the stairs, try to pick up a sport after work. It’s good upliftment.

Whenever possible, get up, make a coffee or drink some water, and stretch a bit. It's not healthy to stay seated and staring at the computer screen for too long.
