Delegation is key: Even if is easier to do it yourself you need all hands on deck, because as a leader you need to be the brain, not the hands 2. According to the above, you ability to “communicate effectively” what needs to be done and form a synchrony cannot be overvalued. 3. Teamwork and Project Management is another skill we cannot overemphasize, because as an art director, you are expected to deliver projects not just designs 4. Research skills becomes more important than design skills as you go up 5. Your function is to “solve problems”, not create beautiful designs (aesthetics is a plus though)
