You have lots of LOWS, and it is the thrill of those few HIGHS that keeps the adrenalin going :)! Over time, I have found the following tips to stay motivated -Have a growth mindset. Challenges are opportunities for growth and learning. -What gets measured gets done. Celebrate every small win -Surround oneself with a support system of friends. As a member of a worldwide recruitment network, I have seen that partnering and collaborating with other experts in the domain helps tide over the seasonal demands in one's neighbourhood alone. And constantly upskill. You win some. And learn all the other times.

TA people have the most amazing ability to withstand adversity and bounce back from difficult events. Why? 1. Almost everyone I know truly like what they do. They are motivated by the value they provide to both organizations and candidates. 2. When we experience stress, emotional upheaval or suffering, we don’t run away from it. We face it and figure out ways to work through emotional pain and suffering. 3. Recruiting essentially is “many nos” leading to a “yes” successful candidate eventually. The “nos” in our daily life make us learn from mistakes and become better and stronger.
