Aussi il faut dans sa posture être accueillant à la nouveauté, ouvert et curieux aux expérimentations, voire les suggérer. Utiliser la technique du "pas de c?té" par exemple et donner l'exemple aux autres de l'audace qu'il faut avoir pour sortir du rang.
