Continuous feedback is essential for continuous improvement. Learning to give feedback and to receive feedback is important. The feedback must be encouraging not discouraging. Also positive feedback is important because this motivates people do more of good things. Valuing people and appreciating their contribution is very crucial. In agile management we have #kudos practice between peers this enhances the team bounding and trust and positive atmosphere.
