As per my view multiple tasks are possible with the help of IT but presenting it to stakeholders is the important and aligned process which also requires soft skills more than moderate level. Reason behind importance in communication which connects it with every key personnel of organization which helps to understand the data, progress and statistics of the organization. Data could be understood by experts only, juniors, newbie non related department finds difficult to understood until and unless it has been elaborated, more the ability to explain more data is transformed and digested.

But in initial phases lack of trust and dependency on results were seen to lagging and reflecting it in negative indicator. As time passes it have been globally accepted throughout the all business, despite of the size and structure of the organization.
