Particular systems that may have worked for decades could no longer have the same benefits, or perhaps strategies that failed before may have been before their time and could work very well if attempted now. I have always believed that there is room for creativity everywhere - that it is not limited to some roles or others. Likewise leadership - this is not only a trait to be found in "management". And nowhere is it written that these two traits would not overlap, even quite significantly.
