Understanding the requirements of client/ project is vital in any project to do PDCA accordingly for getting desired results/ output.

For setting boundaries of scope/ activities or team members leader must make RRAA ( Role-Respinsibility-Authority-Accountability) clearly defined and established. All team members shall adhere to their RRAA for completing tasks efficiently and ultimately completing project on time. If in case any disputes arises can be handled by leaders in best interest of the project.
