Each counties has their own procedures and the exporter must know the HS code of the product from their customs specialists and search for the regulation of the product to send their products to another country. Some countries have a must of factory audits and technical test reports according to international or national standards. If you send your products without checking those; your products are highly not accepted by the government if they ask to and you haven't done at all.

El manejo de aduana es bastante variable, es obvio que saber de leyes o tener la documentación previa es importante pero lamentablemente no lo es todo. Incluso teniendo el 100% de documentos y tener todo en regla lo que por experiencia propia puedo decir es que esto no te asegura que tu carga esté libre o salga del proceso de nacionalización sin problemas. Muchas veces estamos a merced de los que los funcionarios decidan y puedes argumentar o mostrar el código aduanero incluso puedes documentar más la nacionalización y no va a influir mucho. Te recomiendo tener un fondo de imprevistos, estar abierto a escuchar y proponer. Mejorar tus habilidades sociales. entre otras opciones. No debería pasar. pero pasa y más frecuente de lo que creemos.
