Muchas veces me encontrado a profesionales con roles de RSC tan implicados y que creían tanto en el proyecto que han perdido la conexión con sus compa?eros que tenían otra visión distinta del proyecto. Para recuperarla tuvimos que trabajar la identificación con el rol. Aunque nos encante la RSC, cuando hay una sobre identificación con el rol que estamos ejerciendo profesionalmente perdemos objetividad y conexión con el resto del equipo, dificultando la confianza para que las demás personas puedan decir lo que piensan libremente. Por eso es importante periódicamente preguntarse si estoy confundiendo quién soy y lo qué hago. Si hay sobre identificación es necesario hacer un cambio de rol.

Es importante entender que, a diferencia de la crítica destructiva, una buena retroalimentación busca nutrir y construir. En RSE es fundamental dar y recibir feedback. Sin embargo, para que realmente resulte útil y genere confianza mutua, debería reunir ciertas características: ser inmediato, personalizado, enfocado en el desempe?o (nunca en aspectos personales) e ir acompa?ado de una instancia de seguimiento y profundización. Vale agregar que es fundamental que ambas partes sean capaces de escuchar, no para atacar o defenderse sino para comprender y hallar oportunidades de mejora.

Usually, our system gives much weightage to financial audit and largely highlights the expenses incurred under the intervention project. But it fails to justify how effective was the program in the community and what was the net result of outcome indicators affecting the SDG of the region. This step is Largely neglected and thus it becomes apparent to conduct third party evaluation to justify the cost of intervention truly effective in the community or not? Here the feedback of the targeted community plays an important role and also it becomes an essential steps in CSR/CER intervention program thereby making more corporates responsible to attain social equity.
