You absolutely must have great questions. Many times at the end of an interview, when a candidate has no questions, I honestly feel like they haven’t done their homework. There have to be some things that they want to ask me. Absolutely come prepared with a point of view as well as some killer questions. And don’t ask questions of very senior people that more junior people that you’ve already interviewed with or will be interviewing with can and should answer.
