?Comunicarse bien? ?Un Jefe difícil lo escucha a uno? La verdad comunicarse bien o mal con alguien que no escucha las realidades es imposible. Yo tuve un Jefe que siempre vio problemas en el trabajo y no entendió realidades, no las entendió porque no quiso.

Los límites pueden llegar hasta el retiro, porque suele suceder que un Jefe Difícil exige pero no permite hacer la respectiva tarea. Aquí yo cambiaría el término "Jefe Difícil" pero no se que termino utilizar.
