Using geo- attendance apps can help us increase attendance of doctors in government hospitals & teachers in government schools. 3. Using SPSS, R, etc, can help us assess 3-5-7 year holistic impact on our beneficiaries. 4. Using AI tools to create more interactive curriculums at all levels. 5. Using project management apps like, Trello, JIRA, Asana, etc, can help impact professionals manage their projects better, especially, complex multi-year projects.

In my experience, 100% sustainability is extremely difficult to achieve, especially, when you are either working with government organizations or in a community. Therefore, as a development professional, one should be realistic about targets & promises we make to our corporate funders. Bringing a certain change either in our personal behavior or in a community takes time, and can't be done in a day! For example: If we want to increase financial literacy in a low income community, we first need to create few live examples among community members who are benefitted on whom people can trust. The same goes for agricultural interventions. Plus, the larger the scale, it's more difficult to ensure 100% sustainability post exit.
