There are two ways to take in criticisms whether it was tactfully said or not, the best attitude is to take note of the things that will make us better. Of course, it does not mean to say that we will accept any form of maltreatment or defamation, but generally speaking keeping a mindset that correction means charity will do bring us more good than to take offense on evaluations especially by our superiors.
