Before you even touch any type of "Framework" / "Certifications" or play "Buzzword Bingo", try to understand what the IT project you might work on should do for the business side. Help to improve/get one meaningful thing implemented in your internship. Make sure someone - as important as possible - on the business side notices this. This might be the most meaningful thing you can do in that couple of weeks.

Take the initiative to understand your role and the company's goals. Ask questions and seek clarification when needed to grasp complex concepts. Build strong relationships with mentors and colleagues, learning from their experience and feedback. Stay organized by managing your time and tasks effectively. Don't be afraid to take on challenging projects; they offer valuable experience. Regularly reflect on your progress and be open to constructive criticism. By staying engaged and eager to learn, you can make the most of your internship experience.

Before going to all kinds of random events, make sure you get some clarity on who you want to connect with (and why). Once clear, research about that person and find a meaningful approach to connect and share your interest openly. If you can relate what you are passionate about to something the company is currently working on, you might have built a great connection that can help you with a permanent/full-time offer or at least a referral.

Building a large network is essential to getting the most out of your internship in IT strategy. Attend workshops, conferences, and company events to network with mentors, coworkers, and business experts. Participate in online forums, have discussions, and join groups for professionals that are relevant to your field. Job possibilities, career guidance, and insightful information can all be obtained through networking. It also gives you access to a wider choice of information and aids in your understanding of various industry viewpoints. Building a solid professional network at an early stage of your career will greatly improve your chances of future success in IT strategy.

Don't just point to problems; think about a solution. Before you raise an issue, speak with experts on how to solve it. Sit down and craft a solution proposal (while getting calibration by the seniors). Don't just come with problems (good for an intern), come with solution proposals (excellent for an intern)

Seriously, we are speaking about interns here. Rather than "reflecting regularly," please reach out to Seniors for regular feedback and show improvement on early input in the second or third part of the interview.

Don't ask random questions. Be ready to justify WHY you are asking a question. What do you want to improve? And why? No one needs juniors who call out problems or ask random questions just because they feel like it. Know why you ask/speak. Not to be important, but to be helpful.
