En uno de mis puestos, una de mis activides dependía de información que me proporcionaba otra persona, la cual tenía la muy mala costumbre de postergar dicha entrega, lo cual me impedía a mi cumplir con mis funciones, tuve que se?alarla y el resultado fue que me trasladaron a mi tambien esa actividad, por un lado me convino porque pude cumplir con mis encargos sin interferencias, por otro lado, se me duplicó el trabajo. Lo cual se tuvo que hablar y otra de las actividades de las cuales yo estaba a cargo, y no estaba relacionada, se le trasladó a otra persona. Si no hablas, nadie te va a esuchar!

Recien llegando a un puesto, encontré que no tenía referencias anteriores para obtener unos saldos, así que a partir de entonces comencé con relaciones de datos para poder comparar la relación manual con el sistema, saldos que en algún momento tendrían que ser los mismos... Y cuando se las mostré y luego de unos peque?os cambios, estuvieron de acuerdo, de tal manera que ahora ya tenemos información confiable que no había manera de obtener antes de eso.

After the discussion, summarize your understanding of what was discussed and what was decided and send a copy to your supervisor for confirmation of your understanding. This serves multiple purposes: - It may catch misunderstandings before they are a problem - It solidifies your and hour boss's memory of the discussion - It helps prevent retroactive blame for doing what you were told, and can protect you if that happens, Human memory is strange. We remember collections of details and a general narrative, not like a recording.
