Here's how you can motivate and inspire your team members as a team manager.

In my experience, this is important for every team on every level. I have worked in facilities that employed outside contract labor for housekeeping. I would talk to them as individuals about the importance of the job they were doing that day. Sometimes people see their work as "only", i.e. "I'm only cleaning restrooms today, how does that make a difference? " It was interesting to see their countenance and attitude change and brighten when Iit was emphasized just how important clean and well-stocked restrooms were important to the overall event. It made them feel part of something bigger and they appreciated the acknowledgement.

This is important enough to be #1! People want to be appreciated for the work they do. "Please" and "thank you" go a long way to forging team bonds and showing team members that you care and appreciate their work. Even if you haven't experienced the best of days, maybe even a "disaster", acknowledging people and their roles on the team can keep them engaged, able to learn from the challenge, and sleep at night.

One thing I've found helpful is to get to know your team members on a human level. Show them they are more than just a body, they are a team member in whom you are genuinely interested. It's not necessary to share complete life stories. One or two factoids can be enough to show you care and want to engage. You want them to be part of the whole. Share the rewards of a job well done and gently discuss what could be done better. And say please and thank you!

Define challenging but achievable goals that inspire your team to improve themselves. Be a role model for your team through your work ethic, integrity and passion for what you do.

The best way to motivate is very simple, get little personal to know their aspirations in the personal space, it can vary from a best phone to house to holiday destination. Work with them to achieve their personal by co relating to your professional Goals. You are done. Second be part of the team don't just monitor take one part of their work to complete , help them in every hurdles they face. Thirdly never ever de motivate and motivate just drive them to achieve.
