They choose to design the platform to curate information through collaboration, and find supportive information from others to confirm a collective opinion. What we think may not be what the company experiences. I started the first three committees within my company including one ERG. Night and day difference in teamwork.

A good practice here, especially when one is self employed or freelancing. Because we don’t get “assessed “ on a regular basis, it’s a good idea to incorporate for ourselves regularly.

This has worked for me in the past, its helped me create relationship and get noticed for a role I really wanted. It may be that its worth taking a role to learn about about a career you are interested, I did this whilst studying. Whatever the reason be mindful (and genuine) about creating the relationship that will ultimately aid in the long term.
