Here's how you can maximize your Higher Education career with supervisor feedback.

I am sharing the story of my postgraduate student. We wrote a research paper. It was submitted in a good reputation Journal. But it was rejected with indicating some flaws in data and writing. I encourage him to do more efforts and improve paper base on flaws mentioned by reviewers. After improving it we submitted it in another well reputed Journal, Reviewer again mentioned some others flaws and gaps, after that he totally lost hope. But I was assured that his work is good. So, again I motivate him and he rectified the flaws and submitted for 2nd review, in which his paper was conditionally accepted, if he provided additional data with some improvement of diagrams. He completed all this and his paper was accepted.

EMPTY YOUR CUP! as the adage goes, one needs to be receptive to all that is being thrown at your, percolate and storing only need based knowledge is upto the receiver. Critical analysis always gives a different perspective and brings out the blind spots as they are called and is known or seen by the other person only.

Ms. Mona Almoayyed , the chair person of the board of trustees AOU Bahrain ???? 4. His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz, the chairman of the upper board of trustees for AOU in the Arab World . These letters will be used as references.
