As an intern at TASL, we were equipped with SAP HCM for all operations related to HR. As interns, we had limited access to the software but could raise invoices for various HR-related products. The next important aspect for interns is to become technology-oriented and be well-acquainted with tools like: Power BI SAP HCM ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Having basic knowledge of these tools will help you navigate through your internship

During my internship, I was tasked with developing a competency matrix for the organization from the ground up. Although I was an intern and could have voiced my discomfort or disinterest in such a challenging project, I knew that doing so would not leave a positive impression on the company or my college. I understood the importance of seizing difficult tasks over easier ones, as they provide invaluable learning opportunities and foster significant personal and professional growth. Networking is the wealth for an individual , whlile working with TASL i was able to meet people from IIT’s IIM’s and even people from defence backgrounds this might not be possible in college but the internship gives you a leverage to connect which can be utilised in future growth

Reflecting regularly not only help you to keep a track on the progress of your task but also ensure you are on right track, because as an intern there are many process we are not aware of and it important to be under a continuous watch of supervision from the mentor
