However, you MUST continue to ensure your training is current for the threats and circumstances that could put people in harms way; physical, biological, radiological, etc. Staying current on procedures, practices and prevention techniques is a priority to educate yourself to save/protect others. Then you need to meld these activities into your day-to-day life/job and then practice/share these processes with others on your team. You master these new found skills the way you would any thing you do. It’s not magic and requires hard work, but, with perseverance you can master these new skills.
