Uhmm, if you refer to IT operations, python is a good one to use even for one don't know anything about code. it's structure is very easy to understand. But I think when you master python, you can branch out to other language to make comparision. they make different languages for a reason: C/ C++ for efficient coz you learnt machine language. but it is too tedious coz your code willl be real long, people start gear towards more human lang like python and javascript. The language also based on different paradigm. Javascript I believe it is about event driven coz it has asyncronous call.
