In my experience, being flexible and able to adapt to new trends is the best way to thrive, as change is constant in this world. To live, you have to adapt to new trends and keep moving forward in the digital age. You don't have to know all the technicalities, but understanding the basics and being willing to learn will assist you in the long run.

Being tech-savvy is akin to mastering the tools of your trade—whether it's a chisel for sculptors or code for digital learning professionals. Embrace technology not just as a tool but as a medium to sculpt engaging, interactive learning experiences. Stay updated on tech trends, explore new platforms, and integrate cutting-edge tools to enhance your digital learning strategies. La moindre hésitation à se pencher sur une nouvelle technologie peut nous faire perdre un temps précieux. Donc toujours être en veille et anticiper les changements afin d'être toujours dans les premiers à découvrir, apprendre et maitriser les nouveaux outils numériques.

Having spent many years now creating content, the biggest challenge is always resources. Whether that be time, money, personnel, or ideas, a savvy content manager understands how to adjust to the shifting landscape to fulfill the goal of engaging content that is both reliable and valid.

This goes back to something I harp on time and time again: analytical and computational thinking have applications far beyond traditional their fields. When working with students it is important to really process the data they give you- from quiz results to demeanor in the classroom- and constantly adjust your teaching strategies in response. Consider what they are telling you with this data. It's a cycle of continuous improvement in which analytical thinking is a critical step.

The best way to think of this is being logical and thoughtful when data collecting, designing, delivering and assessing a given training program or resource center. The foundation must be solid and cogent, else the further you get from the center point, the more skewed and ineffective the assets become.

Project management skills are not only needed by project managers, but basics like organizing, balancing time, and taking responsibility for projects or tasks are life skills that everyone should learn, not just professionals. Having basic project management skills enables us to manage ourselves and our coworkers, meet deadlines, and much more, which is crucial in this digital age as many of us work from home.

Project management is akin tot eh ringmaster in a circus. Inevitably, things will derail, go askew, resource will disappear and results will not always be as expected. An effective PM manages all of these variables and ensures the team stays focused on the ultimate goal.

The mindset of the lifelong learner is key to being an effective trainer, teacher, curriculum developer, and content/asset manager. It allows the developers to put themselves in the seat of the leaner to better gauge the effectiveness of the overall educational design.

Change is constant, and to adapt to new trends, you must keep learning and improving yourself to fit into the evolving environment.
