Use all resources avaliable to make it easy and simple and ensure the farmers are rewarded to do the tough part of working with nature. You are what you eat and we have focused on making sure what looks great sells. Innovation needs to work on ensuring each product we use has been utilised a 100 percent . Think of it like a chef the bones are used with waste of vegetables to make a stock which flavours food. The entire ecosystem needs a reboot as we work the sustainability. Using oysters, can we extract the calcium, fish grown in a farm we can rework and extract protein in scales and bones. Whilst we want to work trade most important is the need for us to ensure we waste nothing, the life of a grain is 110 days as living and we have to respect that. Can we all innovate on ensuring we ensure zero wastage across every vertical we work or develop, sustain mother earth.
