Send a Thank-You Email within 24 hours of the interview with some important areas as highlighted below; * Gratitude, * State your enthusiasm for the role & Co. * Briefly highlight why you are good fit. 2. Secondly you may connect on LinkedIn after 1-2 days after the interview. 3. Follow Up on the Next Steps, sometime it may reverse impact as a result of irritation but be polite in asking status of your application. 4. Stay engaged with patience. I can be confident that with this you can leave a positive impression on potential employers.

Value addition is indeed one of the strongest way to stay in the top of mind of the interviewers, while they are screening through other candidates. Because interviews are more about being a memorable candidate, and so sharing relevant articles or highlights of the interview via email, specifically stating why and what they liked about he interview, always increases the interviewee's recall value.

Hacer seguimiento no es obligatorio pero sugiero hacerlo. Si pasas a la siguiente etapa y no has hecho seguimiento igualmente se comunicarán contigo. Si quieres hacer seguimiento debes tener en cuenta los tiempos que te dieron, por esto es importante al final de las entrevistas preguntar cuándo se comunicarán contigo y anotar la fecha en el archivo de seguimiento a tus aplicaciones. Es común que el reclutador no responda tus mensajes de seguimiento. Después de 3 mensajes sin respuesta no insistas más.

Furthermore, if you are uneasy about the ideal timing to follow up, at the end of the interview, remember to politely ask when you can expect to hear back about the role (if it wasn’t already stated in how the hiring process goes).
