Es correcto evaluar rapidamente, pero lo esencial en el Lider de proyecto es realizar seguimiento permanente para detectar desviaciones o tendencias en estas., una vez realizada esta identificacion, la evaluacion debe ser rapida. Utilize al menos 2 mecanismos que le permitan visibilizar desviaciones; cronograma y control de actividades. El cronograma permite visibilizar desplazamiento de plazos, el segundo, permite visibilizar sobredemanda de recursos. Una rapida reaccion contribuye a reducir el impacto y el riesgo.

é importante o envolvimento continuo com a equipe, o papel do Gerente de TI é estar acompanhando rotineiramente o andamento dos projetos, procurando agir rapidamente caso veja algum deles com o progresso afetado. Porém, quando o projeto já está com atraso, é importante identificar onde está o gargalo e qual o tamanho do atraso que está sendo indicado, diante dessas informa??es, definir a melhor estratégica para recupera??o do prazo.

Cuidado con las replanificacion estrategica, es una condicion costosa y se sugiere usarlas en situaciones de riesgo alto de desviaciones de Costos, tiempos o calidad. Efectuar una replanificacion tiene 2 perspectivas, la primera genera caos en un equipo que ya esta conciente que el proyecto no avanza adecuadamente y es necesario realizar ajustes mayores, la segunda perspectiva es que los interesados podrian desconfiar de la capacidad del equipo por no ser capaz de desarrollar el proyecto, Por ende las argumentaciones de replanificacion deben ser con argumentos de peso. Evalue con su equipo y propongan como equipo una alternativa viable.

Tecnicas como Kanban, aplicaciones de colaboracion Wrike, Trello, Asana permitiran visibilizar los diferentes estados de actividades, cargas de trabajo y cumplimiento de hitos. Pero lo mas importante, es ense?ar el habito de informar metodicamente al equipo a traves de la aplicacion escogida. Esto le permitirá enfocarse en el progreso de manera objetiva.

Hace algunos a?os desarrolle un proyecto de "gestion de proyecto en la nube", los aspectos mas destacables de dicho proyecto se los comparto: 1. El uso de la tecnologia para gestion de proyecto es esencial y la aplicacion debe responder de manera simple y rapida. 2. Toda nueva tecnologia tiene resistencias a ser usadas, conforme un equipo de 4 o 5 personas y muestre el beneficio (dashborad individual, Kpis de distintos tipos y tendencias) 3. Lo mas dificil fue que las personas cambiaran su manera de trabajar, aun cuando lo que se les pedia era una accion en la aplicacion que tomaba 5 segundos, Actualizar la actividad tiempo usado, el estado y horario, Esto tomo meses lograrlo. Como ven lo mas dificil no es la tecnologia son las personas
