Learn to use the AI tools available better than anyone else where you work -- which is not a high bar. Legacy people know legacy ways to get things done, but you can be the representation of the new way. Know that your way is not "right" by itself, but it has a big leg up on the old ways when it comes to speed and volume. Be where the org is going. So team up with the tech, and form real relationships with the people around you. Believe it or not, you are in a better position than anyone else to form a strong bridge between those two worlds!

Use common sense. Not just for a digital learning internship - ANY internship. It seems obvious, but "just showing up" is half the battle. Some simple rules that are probably not being followed by many of your peers: be on time (in fact be early), be 100% locked in on the conversation in front of you with the people in that room, do what you say you will and do it by when you say you will, be prepared for any meeting or professional conversation, be resourceful and creative before asking questions, but it is 100% ok to ask questions...just keep in mind..ask intelligent questions(your an intern, it's expected) that show you did your research and you tried some things. Make sure your supervisor knows you are eager to help in any way.
