I’ve found it to be a good practice to be open minded about the KPI’s being used to measure success. As the project goes along, you could find that another or an additional KPI is a better measure. Change is ok and could result is greater long term success of the goal and the intention of the project.

I agree that KPIs are important but depending on the size of a project it can sometimes be easy for folks to get lost and slip down into a rabbit whole wasting time and resources trying to figure out why a metric is what it is possibly leading them away from the goal. Because of that, I think it's very important to constantly remind the team what the objective is and who to hand questionable things to, in order to keep the individual and the project on track :-).

Goal setting helps prioritize activities that align with the project's objectives.Enables the team to measure progress and performance accurately and Encourages ownership of tasks. Goals facilitate continuous improvement by setting benchmarks for performance. Goals should be SMART. However, Overcoming resistance of people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement can be difficult.

There is no compromise on quality, if wants to achieve higher standards of quality then data integrity should be zero. And have to create a culture in the organisation. No manipulation is acceptable and have to maintain quality work.

Planning at micro level with timelines works well and regular follow up meetings are necessary to get desired results on time. Compromise in quality is not at all acceptable, it provides people a way to deviate from the standard procedure.

One thing I found helpful is that Regular monitoring and audit for compliance with established procedures is essential. Address any issues or deviations promptly. Documenting and discussing repeated issues also help to eliminate those issues.

Assim como na fase de planejamento, algumas ferramentas também s?o necessárias, como: Coleta de dados e confec??o de relatórios específicos; Fluxograma das etapas realizadas; Auditoria dos resultados obtidos, etc.

Creo que si hemos llegado a este punto, es que, no hemos hecho un análisis de riesgos desde el punto 1, en la definición de objetivos, y en consecuencia tampoco los hemos identificado en su planificación. La identificación de riesgos nos ayuda prevenir futuras no conformidades y no replantear constantemente el enfoque.

As they say “if it wasn’t documented, then it didn’t happen”. Documentation whether in digital or manual form is a critical function of a Quality department. As keepers and informers of data it is necessary that the data we are communicating come from sound documentation.

Make sure that the documentation is stored and retained following requirements but also ensure that all stakeholders have access to it at all times.
