I think this is probably the most important. It's important to remember that you're a human being who needs different elements to function well, or at some point, your body might shut down (get sick, feel burnt out and fatigued etc). So I think it's essential to plan your study, your posting etc and remember to step away. You might need a job. But if you're not around enjoy then there's no point.
