I agree, when I was new to my work. I felt insecure and dont know what to do with my case. What I did was to read books, watched lectures and explanations, attended learning sessions and ask for mentoring of experts in the field.

Learning & growing from failures is a crucial part of professional development for case managers. Here are some ways case managers can learn & grow from their failures: 1. Adopt a mindset that views failures as opportunities for learning & improvement. 2. Take the time to thoroughly reflect on the situation. 3. Reach out to supervisors, colleagues, or clients to seek honest & constructive feedback. 4. Identify Root Causes of the failure. 5. Based on your reflections & feedback, create a detailed action plan to address the areas that need improvement. 6. Actively implement the changes outlined in your action plan. 7. Everybody fails at sometime, don't beat yourself up over it learn from it. Talk to other colleagues about it, and how they handled it. We all fail at some time talking about it brings it into the open, bringing a transparent but supportive work environment into the work area. Read articles, learn from it and move forward.
