It is easy to be a cheerleader when things are going well, but your true value as a leader shows when things are not going well, and how you handle that pressure and how you treat the team members. A fair and consistent environment is what will forge a strong team and develop a positive culture in the end.

It is about getting more out of a situation with your present power, capabilities weaknesses would suggest. It is kind of an art of creating power. The origins of the word can be found in the mythology which offers the possibility of cleverness defeating a brute power. As a conclusion the term STRATEGY or something STRATEGIC can be used only when it deserves.
